Are you a numbers-savvy professional with a passion for turning data into impactful business insights? We’re looking for a Consumer Lending Finance Analyst to become a key player in shaping the future of our Consumer Lending business.

 In this high-impact role, you’ll play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and operational reporting - helping to steer strategic decisions with precision and clarity. Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting & Analysis:
  • Prepare monthly financial performance reports comparing to forecast and budget.
  • Assist in the annual budget and strategic planning cycles, including scenario analysis.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) across lending products (e.g., Student loans, Home Equity, Credit Card, Citizens Pay).
  • Maintain and update trackers for expense initiatives and staffing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Consumer Bank Central Team) to ensure adherence to key deliverable timelines and content.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data across systems and templates.
  • Support implementation of new reporting tools or enhancements to existing platforms.
  • Aggregate and communicate monthly Risks and Opportunities (R&O).

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience in financial analysis - experience in consumer lending or banking is a strong plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must; familiarity with tools like Essbase, Dodeca, or similar platforms is a bonus.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively across departments.
  • A track record of juggling multiple priorities and consistently meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and analytically driven.
  • Passionate about using data to influence business outcomes

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: M-F
