4 Days work from office from any of our locations in RI,Iselin NJ, MA, Pittsburgh PA, or Phoenix AZ.

Role is not relocation eligible. 

As the Scrum Master II, you will understand and utilize Agile values and principles to support the creation of quality product delivery and continuous process improvement. The incumbent will have the ability to coach the team on foundational Agile concepts and challenges team members to create productive conflict. You will work with a cross functional team to help support product vision, goals and strategized solutions, eliminating/managing team level impediments and dependencies. You will coordinate with Scrum Master and other team members to ensure that required resources are readily available and leveraged when applicable. The incumbent will be an energetic advocate for Scrum to our teams, other departments, and external customers.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Managing multiple pods, will participate in daily scrum, scrum of scrums, sprint review, and planning meetings to ensure full team engagement and functional knowledge of foundational Agile and Scrum concepts with awareness of advanced Scrum and scaled Scrum concepts.
  • Engages and assists the colleagues/team to ensure that work requests are properly articulated, prioritized, and detailed. Collaborate cross functionally and build strong relationships with fellow Scrum Masters and Experience Owners to deliver key objectives of assigned projects, cultivating an environment of continuous learning.
  • Enhance our ability to deliver value to our customers by helping teams remove impediments, self-organize, and focus on the highest value work.
  • Conduct story writing, backlog maintenance and prioritization, and planning. Support creation and prioritization of program level feature and architectural backlogs.
  • Employs foundational metrics within the team to assist with communication about the progress of Scrum teams impediments and using retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement. Facilitating maturity assessments, following coaching plans to help lead the team to maturity.
  • Assist in identifying and mitigating risks using Agile best practices and project data.
  • Help sustain a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear and people are committed to continuous improvement and collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent industry experience
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Scrum Certifications

Pay Transparency 

The salary range for this position is $ 112,012 – 186,687 per yearplus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
