As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be a key contributor to the financial health and strategic direction of the business. You’ll be responsible for a specific business unit, division, or product line, overseeing all aspects of financial and management reporting, planning, and analysis. You’ll collaborate with leaders across the organization, drive strategic initiatives, and support cross-functional teams with insights that influence decision-making.

In this role, you’ll be empowered to:

  • Lead financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Advise business leaders on financial implications of trends, strategies, and operational decisions.
  • Ensure financial integrity through well-controlled processes and accurate reporting across the Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
  • Innovate by continuously learning and applying new knowledge to improve core financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage annual budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles, analyzing key assumptions and financial impacts.
  • Deliver insightful financial reporting and analysis to guide business decisions.
  • Align financial plans with broader business unit and franchise strategies.
  • Maintain strong financial controls and ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting.
  • Embrace agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling for Consumer Lending products (Mortgage preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience with tools such as Essbase, QRM, SSMS, and Tableau.
  • Familiarity with forecasting and managing Mortgage Servicing Rights assets.

Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 8 AM-5 PM
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday
